I've used some of the big online flower services before and always felt like I was paying a lot for arrangements that didn't quite match the price. The flowers were beautiful, fresh, and my wife loved them. What really stood out to me was the customer service. I missed including a message card with the flowers, and the florist called me to make sure I hadn't overlooked it. That extra attention to detail meant a lot and showed they genuinely care about their customers. Great flowers, great service,and a local business. I'll definitely be using The Flower Shop again.

I can only comment on the service which was fine but I believe that your customers would really love to see a picture of the flowers at the gravesite. We had a business event at Winehaven and The Flower Shop Lindstrom exceeded our expectations. The flowers were delivered early. The arrangements were exactly as requested. The colors were beautiful. Thank you, we will certainly plan to use you again for future needs.
