I've used some of the big online flower services before and always felt like I was paying a lot for arrangements that didn't quite match the price. The flowers were beautiful, fresh, and my wife loved them. What really stood out to me was the customer service. I missed including a message card with the flowers, and the florist called me to make sure I hadn't overlooked it. That extra attention to detail meant a lot and showed they genuinely care about their customers. Great flowers, great service,and a local business. I'll definitely be using The Flower Shop again.

I can only comment on the service which was fine but I believe that your customers would really love to see a picture of the flowers at the gravesite.
